1. Scope and contracting parties
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between 2715573 Alberta Corporation, 1706-530 3 St SE
Calgary, Alberta T2G 2L8
Kanada (the “Provider”) and its customers. The offer is directed exclusively at businesses; no sales are made to consumers.
2. Services
The Provider supplies IT security services, including automated website checks, monitoring, data breach checks, awareness training and the preparation of emergency documentation. The scope of the services is determined by the package and the modules booked. Active security tests are carried out only with the express consent of the authorised party for the systems specified.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when the customer submits the order and confirms it in the customer area. The Provider may decline orders without stating reasons; in that case, any amounts already paid will be refunded.
4. Term and termination
Subscriptions are entered into on a monthly or annual basis (payment in advance) and renew automatically for the same period unless terminated before expiry with effect from the end of the current term. Notice of termination may be given at any time via the customer area or in text form. One-off services end upon their performance.
5. Prices and payment
The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply. All prices are net prices plus any applicable taxes. Payment is made online via a payment service provider or by invoice, payable within 14 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, the Provider may suspend the services after issuing a reminder.
6. Customer’s obligations to cooperate
The customer warrants that it is authorised to have the specified systems tested and that it will obtain any necessary approvals (e.g. from the works council in the case of phishing simulations). The customer shall provide accurate and complete information.
7. Liability
Automated tests do not constitute a guarantee of complete security. The Provider does not provide legal advice; information on legal matters is no substitute for review by a lawyer. In all other respects, the Provider is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.
8. Data protection and confidentiality
The Provider treats all of the customer’s data and test results as confidential and processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.
