Questions about pricing & contract
What exactly am I paying for?
You choose a package and the number of companies. The price is per company and includes a fixed allowance of monitored domains – each package states how many. From 2 companies, the price per company drops with the volume discount.
Can I change my package or add domains later?
Yes, at any time yourself in the customer area under “Subscriptions & invoices” – both the package and the number of companies. Your existing subscription is switched over; no second subscription is created. More coverage applies immediately and is charged pro rata, less coverage from the next term. If you pay by invoice, every change applies from the next term.
Is there a minimum term?
Not with monthly payment: you cancel with one click, effective at the end of the current month. With annual payment, you save 20% and the term is 12 months.
How is VAT calculated?
All prices are net, plus 19% VAT. The invoice itemises all amounts.
Which payment methods are available?
Depending on the order, by card, SEPA direct debit or by bank transfer against invoice.
What happens right after I order?
Your customer area is activated immediately, the checks on your domains start automatically, and you receive the order document and invoice by email.
